SEASON 1

A battle of minds between ideological opponents in the closing days of World War II.
Summer, 1944. As Allied forces push toward Berlin, a Soviet NKVD officer conducts a series of interrogations with a captured Nazi administrator from Majdanek concentration camp. What begins as a search for information about war crimes evolves into something far more complex.
Inside a sparse interrogation room, two intelligent men with opposing worldviews engage in a battle of minds. Through their intense conversations, we witness how each man’s personal history has shaped his beliefs and actions during humanity’s darkest chapter.
As the interrogations progress over months, both men navigate increasingly treacherous terrain. The Soviet officer seeks not just facts but understanding, while the Nazi administrator defends his choices through carefully constructed logic. Their discussions move from abstract principles to deeply personal revelations, forcing each to confront uncomfortable truths about themselves and the systems they’ve served.
Some wars are fought with weapons. Others with questions that cut deeper than any blade. Season 1 examines how intelligent people build frameworks to justify their actions—and what happens when those frameworks are subjected to relentless scrutiny.
Through six gripping episodes, the series builds toward a devastating conclusion that leaves both men questioning everything they once believed certain.
